Word family

This week I learned about part of speech .It's very helpful to find the asnwer in TOEFL test, and I want to shere to your guys.

Word family :just like brother and sisther in the same family,words can be related  too.
One word can become anoun, a verb,and adjective or an adverb by changing it's suffix.

Ex.
the"admire" family
Admire (verb)
Admiration (noun)
Admired (adjective)

You can learn to recognize these different suffixes.They will help you to understand the
meanings of new word.

EX.

Nouns
-tion     -ism     -or
-ance    -ship    -ee
-ence    -ity
-ment    -er

Adverbs
-ly

Adjectives
-y       -ous
-able  -al
-ic      -ful
-less
